Western States CAT

Keller led the civil site design and building structural engineering of the new Western States CAT equipment facility located in Liberty Lake, WA. Completed in 2022, the 30-acre site incorporates four different buildings; over 197,700 square feet of multi-level office buildings and warehouse space; stairs; elevator; and overhead cranes. Office space typically involves multiple levels and/or a mezzanine. Many of the warehouse spaces house overhead bridge cranes to transport equipment. Buildings were constructed out of structural steel and masonry. Keller provided all site design services as well as miscellaneous building structural engineering and structural foundation support for prefabricated metal buildings.
