Pocatello, Water Operations Facility

Keller Associates provided the civil site and structural design for the new Water Operations Facility and Shop for the City of Pocatello. The facility was constructed on a 6 acre site adjacent to the Portneuf River. Buildings consisted of steel, masonry, and timber construction. The shop is approximately 24,000 square feet with an overhead bridge crane, mezzanines and lube pit. The office building is a timber structure with approximately 7,000 square feet. The office building design incorporated LEED design.

Construction Cost: $3,000,000

Project Features:

• Approximately 31,000 square feet of new construction
• Offices, training area, locker rooms, small kitchen area, lunch room, meter room, vehicle maintenance bay, storage bays, and a maintenance construction shop
• Water, sewer, storm drainage utility design
