Justin Walker Steps into New Role at Keller Associates as Principal Engineer
Keller Associates has had the privilege and good fortune of working with Justin Walker for 22+ years. And now, we’re proud to announce his promotion to the new senior leadership role of Principal Engineer.
During his tenure, Justin has made a positive impact on both our team and the communities we serve. Based in our Meridian office, he is a registered Professional Engineer who has been instrumental in leading and growing the City Engineering/Municipal Group with clients. Justin has also supported Keller’s oldest client, the Star Sewer & Water District, since day one with the company. His leadership has helped guide the company through three strategic planning cycles, and he’s been key in shaping Keller’s growth and future direction.
In his new role, Justin will concentrate on mentoring team members and championing Keller’s mission—Improving Lives. He will also be focused on cultivating the culture—one defined by unity, passion, excellence, and trust.
“I’m excited to help our team improve their lives and the lives of the communities we work and live in,” he said.
Justin has enjoyed his journey with Keller and is looking forward to continued opportunities here.

A man of faith, Justin leads a rich and full life with his wife Aubrey, their eight children, their spouses, and growing families. Whether he’s camping, biking, or playing with his grandkids, he shows up with the same energy and heart he brings to his profession—always grounded in purpose.
