As the year draws to a close, we find ourselves reflecting on the changes, challenges, and achievements that defined 2025. It’s been a year of growth and progress here at Keller—one we’re truly grateful for. While there were countless highlights, we’ve narrowed it down to Keller’s Top 5 that captures who we are and where we’re headed next.
1. Ninth Time’s a Charm

If anyone has our number, it would appear to be the Idaho Business Review. Keller is proud to have earned their Engineering Firm of the Year award from the for the ninth consecutive year (2017–2025). And while the silverware is nice, this recognition only reinforces our reputation for excellence and leadership in the industry. We appreciate serving our clients as we continue to improve lives through our engineering efforts.
2. Stepping into Bigger Shoes—and Filling Them

In 2025, Keller expanded its footprint even more and opened new offices in Bend, Oregon, and Kent, Washington. This milestone brought us to 250 employees across 12 offices. Growth like this is key to supporting our regional presence and ability to serve communities as well as providing opportunities for our employees, so we’re ready to bring the depth and breadth of our team to your project.
3. Jim Mullen’s 25-Year Impact

Keller is fortunate to have a number of employees with tenures that exceed two decades. Jim Mullen, VP, is among them. For 25 years, he’s helped Keller reel in success, from launching the Pocatello office out of his car to mentoring engineers and helping build Keller to what it is today. An avid fly fisherman, Jim knows that patience and precision lead to the best catch, and he’s brought those skills to every challenge. As he retires, he continues to lead our company and industry through his service on Keller’s Board of Directors—where he has contributed for more than 15 years—and as President of the Idaho Chapter of the American Council of Engineering Companies. Jim leaves Keller ready to land new opportunities and experiences.
4. Giving Back to Our Communities

At Keller, improving lives isn’t just lip service. In addition to engineering excellence, it means giving back. That’s why every team member has an opportunity to turn words into action and gets a paid day to volunteer. In 2025, Keller employees clocked nearly 500 hours of community service. What’s even more impressive? Each office donated to local charities, making a difference in the places we call home.
5. Honored in the PSMJ Circle of Excellence—Again

The PSMJ Circle of Excellence is one of the most respected awards in our industry. Only 20% of firms step into the circle, and we’re proud to be among them again in 2025—something that we’ve accomplished seven out of the last 10 years. This recognition proves we’re not just great at engineering. We’re building a better, smarter future for our business.
As we celebrate these milestones, we’re laser focused on what’s next. That means continued excellence, a commitment to innovation, and making an even bigger impact on the communities we serve. 2026 is looking bright, and the best is yet to come.
