Keller Associates Names Jim Pex Principal Engineer and Business Development Lead
We recently announced that Jim Pex is stepping into the newly expanded senior leadership role of Principal Engineer and Business Development Lead.
Based in Bend, OR, Jim will continue supporting clients across the region while mentoring the next generation of professionals. Since joining Keller, he’s made a significant impact. He has helped to broaden our footprint and pursue new opportunities for growth in the Northwest.
“I enjoy the mentorship part the most,” he said. “If I can pass along what I’ve learned—about projects, client relationships, and communication—I can help make sure the process is smoother and more successful for someone else.”
Jim is laser-focused on growing our client base and supporting our team. And he’s always asking the key question that will push us onward: “How can we help?”
Outside of work, Jim lives by the motto “Work hard, play hard,” and you’ll often find him adventuring with his wife and three daughters. Whether they’re skiing, rafting, or an impromptu snorkeling or spearfishing trip, Jim and his family are all about going to new places and chasing new experiences.
His family life mirrors his innovative approach at work. One that constantly pushes boundaries and explores uncharted territories to promote success.
