In 2023, Keller Associates celebrated a major milestone: our 30th anniversary. When Keller was established in 1993, we were a small engineering firm that served local agencies across the State of Idaho. Fast forward to 2023, and we’ve grown to over 180 employees with 10 offices in 5 states, and a multitude of successfully completed projects for a diverse range of clients. From the beginning, Keller’s focus has been on clients, communities, and employees—a philosophy that continues to inform the way we do business.
From urban master plans to wastewater system updates to steel-truss bridges, we take pride in our commitment to design lasting and sustainable infrastructure. Our award-winning team of engineers, technical staff, surveyors, marketers, and administrators are the driving force behind our ability to serve our clients and communities, no matter the project.
As we move into the new year, we will continue to focus on and improve the level and quality of service that we provide our clients—who have made 30 years possible. We’re looking forward to what the next 30 will bring.

Celebrating in Sun Valley
In celebration of our 30th anniversary, the entire Keller team from Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Nevada were invited to come together for a weekend celebration in iconic Sun Valley, Idaho. A true team bonding experience, the weekend included world-class food, ice skating, skiing, and everything in between. This weekend offered Keller employees from across the company a moment to reflect, connect, and laugh.
